Other products, solutions, software and other services of applicable Crowe Global member firms or related entities manage their products, solutions, software and other services independently and such items are not the responsibility of Crowe and are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Crowe is not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of Crowe Global or any other member firm of Crowe Global and specifically disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for acts or omissions of Crowe Global or any other Crowe Global member firm. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the terms of any agreement(s) between you and Crowe for a Crowe Solution, the terms of those agreement(s) will control.
